  AVOID, AVOID!! Do not use this company! This is an account of our personal experience. We booked a house (Mayfield House) for the weekend spending £5k and the central heating didnt work and the house was damp and cold. We had to waste time in an area we didnt know to find a store that sold heaters! The house was not clean dead flies lying around and the wardrobes, drawers and cupboards were full of owners things! Including things left drying next to the sink and food in the fridge and freezers, mess in the drawers, dirty cutlery, unclean kitchen floors. This house was not presented or prepared for rent and we left a day earlier being told by the owners daughter to ring the WOW house company who would sort it out (who take days to reply whenever you contact them; or they dont answer the phone at all!!) they have not compensated us for what we paid, we had even got it in writing that the house would be warm as we requested the heating be put on in advance. There was one television in the house in one of the smallest rooms where we all couldnt fit! We trusted this company and they lied - be aware and book with a company that tell the truth and have houses prepared for your visit. When you pay a premium price you expect a premium product.
