- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Weve been a regular customer of Butler Fuels for nigh on thirty years but at the moment their ability to respond to telephone messages and e-mails is atrocious. Ordered some heating oil and promised delivery in a week to ten days. Nothing heard. Answerphone message left. No response. Polite e-mail sent - no response. Two more follow up emails sent - no response. Finally sent e-mail cancelling the order. Within an hour had a telephone call to say delivering tomorrow. Too late - order cancelled and placed elsewhere. And probably wont be back. One loyal customer lost.By Admin, March 21, 2017
